Successive recessions experience has made the strategic and infrastructure industry of construction to be passive. Successive damages caused to investors in this field have increased the risk perceived by them. Simultaneously, the investors’ expectation from the economic interests of development in small projects dropped and led them to the development of big projects with the expectation of higher economic interest. The emergence of powerful competitors, the mass expansion and the development of major business and administrative centers have caused challenged to the former and the current competition methods. The bottleneck of competition has changed the business models and sales of residential, business and administrative units.
Changes in the lifestyle of citizens have caused the emergence of business complexes with more diverse users and attractions. Current developments have made a significant impact on the quality criteria in terms of audience and have changed their expectations with further speed. The big stores which offer a variety of consumer goods with competitive prices, professional and powerful business centers and the chain stores are gradually replaced by small and medium-sized retails. The increasing development of these centers has led to the occurrence of intense competition to create a comparative advantage and gain superior status and also use the different methods in order to create the desired experience for the audience.

His expertise and responsibility is to monitor and analyze the macro-economic and social developments and trends. She is responsible for negotiation with international companies and brands. She has approximately 20 years of scientific and professional activity record in the fields of commerce development, financial management and planning. She formerly had the responsibility of management and planning in American and European companies such as NOKIA/NSN. She is graduated from the MBA M.A. from University of Texas.
